NZ Government and 37South Conservation Partnership
Memorandum signed with the New Zealand Government
New Zealand marine company 37South has been appointed the preferred supplier to the marine sector for a new conservation initiative in New Zealand. 37South founding director Allan Jouning says that we are very excited by this new opportunity and what it unlocks for our yachting friends and clients visiting New Zealand.
An agreement has been signed between government conservation agency, Department of Conservation (DOC)and NGO New Zealand National Parks & Conservation Foundation. DOC manages some of the most spectacular and remote landscapes that exist, one third of New Zealand. These wild places are draw cards for those in the know and why New Zealand is considered as one of the greatest living spaces on earth.
The agreement enables guests and owners of yachts visiting New Zealand to get directly involved in nature conservation, with conservation scientists, and Park Rangers that work in these remote wild places. This creates an opportunity to have a total immersion experience with New Zealand nature.
For further information contact Allan Jouning at the Monaco Yacht Show this week or 37South direct to learn more about how you can become part of this.
